LD Bar Stacker&Unstacker

This machine picks up LD bars and spacers from the tape, and transfers them alternately into the jig for the facet coating. After facet coating, LD bars will be returned into Gel-Pak or Grip-ring, spacers will be returned into NG Box.

Feature

LD bars can be picked up from the sticky tape without damage by originally developed separation mechanism.
LD bars can have pre-determined thrust against the spacers at the jigs for sufficient coating.
Stacking jigs are customized by Opto for the best matching between a stacking machine and a coating machine.
Multiple jigs up to 4 can be set.
